Welcome to the NEW guildins.com!
We are excited to share everything we know about the hospitality insurance industry with you. In this blog space, you’ll find informative articles and media content relating to the hospitality insurance industry. We’ll also be publishing, from time to time, some pretty neat content that isn’t directly related to the insurance industry. We get it, insurance can be a drag (even for us)! We might feel like giving up our award-winning BBQ sauce recipe one day, or posting a restaurant review another. One thing for sure, we are excited to see where this voyage takes us.
SO, the obligatory elevator pitch follows:

And finally, while you are learning about all the great insurance products we can offer you, you may get thirsty. We suggest a Texas Ranch Water to sip while reading along. It’s quick & easy to make and tastes great
TEXAS RANCH WATER
Juice of One Lime
1-2 oz of good tequila (we’re partial to Casamigos Anejo)
1 bottle of Topo Chico mineral water (we don’t know why, but this the key to the whole thing…)
Simple Syrup (or liquid stevia if you’re a low carber)
Fill a pint glass or red cup half full with crushed ice. Add the lime juice, tequila and a dash of simple syrup/stevia. Pour the Topo Chico over the top, give it a quick swirl and enjoy. In Texas, they serve this with the bottle of Topo Chico and it’s suggested to add the mineral water to the drink as you go (allegedly this keep you hydrated)!
Well, that’s it for now. We’ll be in touch soon!
